Pizza Time & Temp Guide

Rememder: You are working with a fully baked product. The objective is always to finish the product without burning or drying it out. Too high temp and you will burn the outside before the product is warmed through. Too low temp and it will dry out.

You can build your pizza on our crust while frozen or thawed, it will not effect your bake time. Be sure to place the pizza directly on the baking surface. We do not recommend a pan or liner.

Elements such as impingement & infrared will lower your bake time. Below are two starting points for time & temp, but you will want to dial in for perfection.

HIGH POWERED COMMERCIAL OVENS: (500°- 600°)

1:30 min - 3:00 min

LOWER CAPACITY OVENS: (400° - 500°)

3:00 min - 6:00 min
